Balaji Institute of Technology & Science, popularly known as BITS, was established by Maheshwara Educational Society in 2001 at Laknepally Village near Narsampet beside Warangal-Narsampet Main Road in an area of 35 acres with an in take of 180. The place is well connected by road and train and is only 30 minutes drive from Warangal. Presently the college offers B.Tech. courses in ECE, EEE, CSE & IT with an intake of 420 besides MBA and MCA with an intake 60 each. College also Offers M.Tech Courses In CSE,SE,DECS.The management has constructed magnificent buildings on the campus surrounded by serene and natural surrounding with plenty of greenery. All the laboratories are established with sophisticated and modern equipment. The state-of-the-art facilities are provided in the institution to meet the academic requirements of the staff & students. Extra curricular, co-curricular activities are given weightage to satisfy all sections of students. Good quality food, transportation and residential facilities are offered for the convenience of students. Discipline is hallmark of Balaji Institute of Technology & Science. Student's welfare , academic growth, their placements and overall personality development is the motto. The academic progress of the student is informed to the parents periodically to make them abreast of all issues pertaining to their wards.

About The Placement Cell: 

As per the present day scenario and needs, the Training & Placement Cell of our institute is a hub of activity dealing with HR Personnel of various industries, students and campus placements. The institute is one of the Private Engineering Colleges which has established a full-fledged Training & Placement Cell headed by a senior faculty Sri A.RajaniKanth, Assist Professor of Computer Science Engineering, as the Full-time Training and Placement officer. The Training & Placement Cell has done a lot of ground work during the last 4 years to establish contacts with various MNCs and other state-owned companies. Besides organizing On & Off Campus Placements, the T&P Cell arranges Training for the students at reputed industries. It also arranges Industrial Tours and conducts Programmes to impart Soft Skills and Personality Development. Special efforts are being taken to train the students to face the different phases of recruitment process.
It also co-ordinates the different activities of Jawahar Knowledge Centre (JKC) and makes the students readily employable.
We are able to provide campus placements to our final year students by inviting various reputed organizations to the college and an office which is equipped with laptop, desktops, laser printers, handy cam, digital camera, invertors, air conditioners
